Hársfa Camping – House Rules
By checking in for a stay or visit to the campsite, guests acknowledge that they have read and accepted the rules outlined in our House Rules.
These rules are intended to ensure a peaceful and safe stay for all our guests.
We kindly ask our guests to observe the following guidelines for the safety and comfort of everyone at Hársfa Camping:
All arriving guests must check in at the Reception, located at the Event Terrace, upon arrival and present their identification documents for registration. The accommodation fee must be paid on the day of arrival.
Registered guests will receive an electronic invoice sent to their provided email address.
A fee of 5,000 HUF will be charged in case of lost room keys.
Guests may only receive personal visitors with prior notification and must pay according to the current price list.
Visiting guests must park in the designated visitor area, not in spaces reserved for campers.
Within 50 meters of the stables, parking or staying with tents, trailers, or cars is prohibited as this is a protected area.
Accommodation in stone or wooden cabins is available from 14:00 to 20:00 on the day of arrival. Other times are possible only by phone arrangement. Check-out on the departure day is by 10:00 AM. Luggage storage is available for a fee.
Tent and pitch check-in/out must align with reception hours:
June 1 – August 30: 8:00 – 20:00
After August 30: 8:00 – 18:00
We are not responsible for lost or unattended valuables.
Guests must keep their accommodation and pitch tidy and leave it clean upon departure.
Environmental care is essential:
No PVC sheets under tents or awnings
No nails in trees, no cutting branches, no food waste or pollutants on grass or plants
No attaching ropes to trees or hedges
No digging even temporarily
Only well-behaved, non-aggressive pets are allowed, on a leash at all times. Pets are not allowed in the playground or communal buildings.
Pet fee applies daily
Owners must immediately clean up after their pets
A 5,000 HUF penalty will be charged for violations
Washing, dishwashing, and equipment cleaning is only allowed in the designated washrooms.
Car washing, watering, or pouring detergent water is strictly forbidden.
Campfires are allowed only at designated places for grilling or cooking, and must be extinguished afterward.
Campfires require prior approval
Smoking is prohibited in accommodations; permitted only in designated areas, clearly marked with signs.
A first-aid kit is available at reception.
Medical services are in Sellye/Szigetvár – reception can provide information.
Personal heaters are not permitted in accommodations.
Please avoid loud noises, inappropriate language, and disturbances.
Quiet hours: 21:00 – 07:00
During these hours, vehicle movement must be minimized (exceptions only by prior agreement for events).
On-call assistance is available 24/7 — feel free to contact our staff with any questions or concerns.
Keep the campgrounds, bathrooms, and shared spaces clean.
Please report any broken or malfunctioning equipment to staff immediately.
Intentional damage or theft will result in on-site compensation or police report.
Use of the sports field and equipment is at your own risk.
Return borrowed items after use.
Parents, guardians, and group leaders are responsible for children under 18.
Children must be under constant supervision.
Camp management and staff have the right to monitor compliance and remind guests to follow the rules.
Teachers and parents are also responsible for their children’s behavior in accordance with the house rules.
Outdoor cooking utensils from the shared kitchen must be returned after use.
Do not rearrange rooms or remove equipment from the premises.
Vehicles must not exceed 5 km/h within the campsite.
All traffic rules apply, and drunk driving is strictly forbidden — violations will be reported to authorities.
Please close the windows when leaving the room to avoid damage from rain or storms.
Protect the campsite's plants and trees — do not break branches or trample saplings.
Do not attach clotheslines to trees or hang laundry on branches.
Do not cut branches for skewers or firewood within the campsite.
Please do not litter.
We reserve the right to update or modify these house rules.

Important Notice
As of September 1, 2021, all accommodation providers in Hungary are legally required to scan and register each guest's ID card and address card (including for infants). We must refuse accommodation if these documents are not provided.
